So yea....... I literally started to cry when I saw that ALL of the walkthrough part that I was working on was gone (Got to about 5,000 words). While I was typing a reply to a certain thread, I switched over and saw the screen flash white a little, then it was gone. Then I switched back to the tab I was typing in, and THAT was gone, too. Is there any way to fix this?

What kind of computer do you use? If windows, did you refresh the page? Clicking F5 also will refresh, and when you refresh the page all you have written will be lost. Sorry this happened to you!

This happens with staff sometimes and we've learned to type it in a notepad or word document before posting it if it's that many words in length.

Stuff happens - even to staff. I'd recommend to do that if it's that long before posting it.

At the very least, you should select all (ctrl+A) and copy (ctrl+C) text every once in a while and particularly before posting. That way you can paste it again if something messes up.
