I like the dynamic battle camera and the way the game is like Pokemon Stadium and Pokemon Colosseum and XD. The 3D environment looks pretty cool too. As for the starters, I would probably choose the fire type one. From the looks of it Fennekin is Fire-Psychic so no reason to worry about a good-for-nothing Fire-Fighting type starter.

Well the 3d effects are cool but don't you think in big towns using saffron city as example wouldn't it be harder to find the exit

austipokedude : No offense dude but please use the reply to post. It looks as thou your replying to what people say without hitting the reply buttom; which while its alright but with TdV I might find suspisous as you could have just used the edit funtion to add in your new replys.

Ryroe : Hmm interesting find. The one with Xerneas is hard to compare a bit, but you can see it after looking at it enough. Yvelta is clear to see.

I think the Z pokemon will either:

1. Look like a snake to mimic the intestines.

2. Use the lungs as a build (arms maybe?)

3. Something involving the Liver.

Also good pickup on how each Pokemon names start with X and Y; so you know that which one will be in X and Y. (So the Pokemon in Z will start with a Z).

Surgiac : I wasn't comparing his posts to mine. In his latest post it appears he is replying to theragemage's post on the 3D graphics. However he doesn't directly reply to theragemage, making it appear that its a general reply. Also I believe his last post and his second to last posts were in the same day (although your correct the time is different). Also his posts all had different subject matter as well.

I'm just saying that if he's replying to someone posting that he should use the reply to post buttom.

Pokemon X has Xerneas and Pokemon Y has Yveltal, and they have some pretty weird pronunciations.

I jsut checked and it seems there is now new information today which i am sad about. But i didn't really expect new information 3 days in a row though.

Well today they released some new coro-coro (coro-coro is a japanese gaming magazine) images of the new legenday pokemon yveltel and xerneas. And they are head on so you can so art of yveltel's face. YAYYYY

I am lame! I don't own a 3DS, but the game does look great and if I did own a 3DS I would definitely buy these games. 

Just curious (and off topic) but how many different "generations" of Pokémon are there??

I'm totally picking Fennekin. Can't decide which version to get, though. Maybe Y, the legendary seems pretty cool.

You know I just realized they can't exactly do a black and white 2 on us again..
Or it would be Pokemon X squared and Pokemon Y Squared.. Lol.. I'm so helpful.

I want Fennekin so badly, just as most everyone else does. I'm also getting Pokemon Y, just because Yveltal looks so much cooler then Xerneas.

Oldschool41 : well there is some new news. And its about the typing. 

Fennekin is going to be a pure fire type.

froakie is going to be pure water.

Chespin is pure grass.

Btw this is just for the first evoulution not the second or last.

Also, i wonder if they will just evolve once that i think that will be kind of cool.

mourinhosgum : Of course. Most starters are usually pure types, not hybrid.

I think they need to keep the 3 stage evolution for the starters. Its been a Pokemon tradition. Plus those Pokemon look a little "small" for a 2 stage evolution type.

I just know that Yveltal will be overrated just for its looks, and besides, I actually think Xerneas looks pretty cool. Mostly the multi-colored antlers, they just make it look cool.

True I'm foreseeing most people getting Y than X for that reason but I just really like Xerneas better Yveltal just seems like a bird version of aipom due to the weird claw thing at the bottom of its tail.  I wonder if it really is another wing...
