I can't seem to change my profile picture. I tried going on to "Edit Profile & Settings", but the option to change a profile pic doesn't come up. Can anyone help?

I think you needto be at least a normal  memberto have a profile pic. So once you have had at least 10 posts,  and been on for a week (at least I think). Then you can upload it.
