I've downloaded OSU (and all of the recent updates and stuff i need to make it work i think). when i click on the icon, it just says "Your graphics card does not seem support Shader Model 1.1+.
Would you like to swap to OpenGl mode? If this is your first time running osu!, you likely need to click 'Yes' here."

I've clicked yes many times, but nothing happens. when i click on the icon again, the same message shows up. I've even tried clicking "No" twice, but to no avail. can anybody help?

It's probably because of something you've downloaded/changed (setting wise)/connected to your computer that caused it. Most likely a setting change, since my laptop worked fine with OpenGL mode (Because I didn't have any Shader Models on my laptop and still don't) until I messed something up. I haven't tested it yet, but other games with a similar issue work fine now after my hard drive got replaced, so I recommend doing that.

Or delete System 32.
