I think the farthest ive ever done is probably in a 10 hour mudkip video were i was able to stand 20 minutes.
10 hours would probably make me go crazy.

The closest thing to that is watching a all boss video game for 4 hours. I never ever watched a video passed 4 hours. I have a lot of things to do.
