You sir, know how to ask a difficult question. But I'd have to go with the N64. It overall has more influence and more classic games like Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, Paper Mario, Goldeneye, Perfect Dark..I could go on. But the GBA is great. Warioware Twisted is a personal favorite of mine from that handheld. Also Metroid Fusion is just awesome. It's a console quality experience on the GBA. But in the end, the N64 wins.

Given that I grew up on the both of them, it is a difficult question. However, Nintendo has more memorable games as GBA only has a few such as Kingdom Hearts CoM or LoZ Minish Cap.

I think GBA is better than the N64. The games on GBA all looked really good and played even better. The N64  was just.... awkward in my opinion. It has it's titans and it's a great console but they may have jumped to the third dimension a bit too early. The graphics were weird, the games on the console didn't allow for much exploration since the only good games were the well know ones.

I'd have to go with the Nintendo 64 because there was just a bigger variety of games on it that I enjoyed playing. I do love the Game Boy Advance though-portability is really nice, especially when you didn't always get to spend a lot of time at home when you were a kid.

When you but the two of them together, N64 wins.  While it may not be portable, it has a ton of more games than the GBA.  Most of the N64 games are legendary top sellers.  The N64 goes down as one of the greatest home consoles in history.

I don't get how you can even compare the two considering one is a handheld and one isn't. Then throw in the fact that the GBA came out years after the n64... Both are great systems with great games.
