The only reason I still keep a night light is because A) It is hard for me to sleep in the dark, and B) I might trip over something if I need to get up in the middle of the night.

i am 14 (still young) and I watch scary thing everyday as well as read and listen to creepypastas, so yes im freaking terrified of the dark. I feel like the Rake is going to popup out of nowhere and slash me to pieces and eat my corpse. (vivid description)  though they are fake some can be real, i never fear of the slenderman though when i go into forests.

When I was a kid I used to be scared our of my mind about darkness, I could never go to sleep without the light on because I thought that there were monsters under my bed, in my closet or that would just come out in darkness! Yeh, I was a little baby haha if anyone turned the light off in my room I would go mad and cry until they turned the light back on again. I'd often dream about sleeping with the light off and how dangerous it was.  
Now, I can't sleep with the light ON because it drives me mad and irritates me. A complete turn around from when I was kid, loving the light. So, I'm not afraid of the dark anymore, I've overcome my fears haha. The light is off in my room 100% now, I never have the light on because it disables me from seeing my GBA screen as well as irritating my eyes!
