are you using internet explorer? try using chrome or firefox. if not, i think you can change the controls by double clicking. and if that doesn't work, you either didn't download the latest emulator, you aren't using the right emulator, or it just won't work.

That suggests to me that this isn't even a system available to anyone. I also don't see Virtual Boy as an option in the console list in the RGR.
