For me Mewtwo was the hardest to catch , it took me forever to catch Mewtwo in Pokémon Heartgold . I used poke balls to catch Mewtwo until I finally caught (true story). Also Chansey was hard to catch in Pokémon Leaf Green , I had to go into the Safari Zone like 10 times until I caught it . What Pokémon was hard to catch in your game. Hope you like my post.

I think the Beldum evolution line is the hardest to catch, speaking in terms of catch rate. It wasn't supposed to matter at first, since you just picked up the Beldum in Emerald, but in Emerald 386, he is almost impossible to catch. The legendary dogs and the Lati's are hard too, since they run right away. And I remember in Pokémon Gold, I tried catching Entei about twenty times, without ever getting more than two shakes. And since I didn't have a masterball anymore, I decided the next time I saw him, I would kill him. I never ended up finding him, but this illustrates my anger towards Entei. I wanted to use cut, and cut his head off, as you can see.
