OK so recently you are able to play games with controllers right? Well I believe this needs a major fix in one aspect: SENSITIVITY!

It is so frustrating to play Jurassic park with my Ps3 controller because the freaking cursor is going crazy!

It is REALLY frustrating to play Super Mario 64 when I do nothing Mario decides to go on a little stroll anyway. (Walks without you pressing moving)

You get my drift here? Is anyone else having these problems? This is why I tend to avoid 3D games here. I'm thinking the problem is that the analog sticks of today have higher resistance than the previous ones like joysticks and the N64's analog. You think anyone could help with this or have a sensitivity change?

Bluey5 : Ive never had an issue with sensitivity in games using my logitech controller so it may have something to do with the way you have your PS3 controller configured, or the drivers that run it.

Keep in mind that part of the issue here is the way the N64 controls were to begin with.

Jordanv78 : Well, yeah, but I don't have a logitech controller so the sensitivity is pretty bad. You think that there is some way somebody came have a sensitivity change on it? I don't want to have to beg mom for ANOTHER controller lol.

I have no problem with n64 controls. I just go and change them.

Controller sensitivity isn't a fault of the games or the RGR. The RGR's emulators just read the control input as Windows sends to it. This means your issue falls on how Windows is reading your controller. Windows is usually bad at reading controllers well without actual software/drivers for said controller. When I use my PS3 controller, I have no sensitivity issues but I use MotioninJoy to configure the controller (and you can alter the sensitivity within that) so this is probably why I don't have any problems.

Crazy Li : Yeah, you see the thing is, I thought you would give me something different than that. I found that already, but I was mixed up in on where to download it. But I have found it already. Can't wait to try this out. I will PM you if I have any other problems as I don't want to keep on posting and posting here. Thanks a bunch!

You can close this if you want to. (You should.)

Don't take that the wrong way. That wasn't a order or anything. (Not like I can order anyone around lol.)

Crazy Li : I have a question about the download. First off, the same thing happens to me with Mario creeping around and stuff, but my controller is just a PC controller. Will this help my controller, or is it just for Play Station controllers?

patar4097 : It's only for PS3 controllers. For a standard PC controller, you might try Calibrating it with Windows itself. The auto movement may be caused by the controller being detected incorrectly and thus it thinks your stick/pad is off-center when it's not. Also faulty reads while trying to set your controls can cause issues like this.

Bluey5 : Sure, I'll close it.

If anyone has any further issues in regards to this, feel free to PM me and I'll do my best to provide assistance.
