I would like a layout created. I have the background picture I want to use (pretty much the entire layout, actually). I want a centered semi-opaque dark blue scrolling text box inside the lines (you'll see what I mean when you see the pic). I have the picture as a photoshop file, so I can send it to you in pretty much any file type you need.

I'm willing to pay up to 2000 Viz for this, whatever you think is fair.

thudricdholee : Check out the layout shops. Usually, you go to the layout makers, not the other way around. I'd recommend Singelli, she made this layout, and works cheap.

LOL, thanks for the suggestion mrfe.    I already offered though, and turned it down because there were too many colors for me to feasibly work with.

However, thudricdholee, if you can't find anyone by Saturday, let me know and I'll make it work.
