I really enjoy most comedy routines. Who doesn't like to laugh, right? My favorites are Stephen Colbert, George Carlin (RIP you mean bastard! ¬_¬ ), and Demetri Martin.

But I can't stand Dane Cook. He is everything I hate in comedy, and shouldn't talk at all. I'm also sick and tired of those blue collar guys and Jeff Dunham. They were funny at first, but they were overplayed, and had no new material.

So what comedians do you all enjoy, or despise?

I always like Richard Prior. I also enjoy Jeff Dunum, Steven Lynch, and some guy I saw on Comedy Central about a month ago and he was so funny I could not stop laughing.

I can’t stand Carlos Mensia. I don’t care much for Dane Cook either. He’s not that funny.

I remember finding a collaborative skit between Rowan Atkinson and John Cleese awhile back. Loved it, but I actually found it while hunting for works by John Cleese.

This is it: John Cleese and Rowan Atkinson - Beekeeping

I think both of them were excellent in it, though that's all I've seen of Rowan Atkinson, so I have no idea if I like him as a comedian. ._.

Some of the others I like include George Carlin (saw him live for his last show, was among one of the first audiences to see it, dammit I miss that bastard), Bob Marley, Demetri Martin (I love nerdy humor), Tommy Tiernan (HE'S SO ANIMATED), and a few others that seem to have slipped my mind. i agree George carlin is one of the best comedians ive ever seen hands down. hes got tons of acts and hes been around forever, i even got to see him live once in 1996 it was amazing. But dane cook i think is great as well, all his stuff is pretty origional and most of it is hilarious. ne way hope that helps. WATCH GEORGE CARLIN!!
