nintendomangaguy : I don't know if there are better choices for Pokémon, or even moves, but I don't think that Espeon holding a King's rock does much. But, I'm not sure. That does sound like a decent team, though.

zelda2 : thanks it does work but i'm thinking of changing the hard rock to a focus sash to keep Heracross from getting killed from flying moves and because i lost a match because i was insta killed by heat wave my only problem is finding some one to fight against that isn't on random match up

You should try and think about things like ev's and also you might need to have a look at your items as well because a lot of them don't go with your Pokémon. After you've looked at all of these things you'll probably end up with a pretty decent team.
