Well for me I would choose liquid soap its easier to get clean with and you don't have to worry about dropping it.

Liquid soap. In the shower, it's really, really, really annoying when I drop the bar soap. (Shut up, you immature people. Shut up. It's not wrong.) Also, there's always hair on the soap, which gets annoying. Plus, it always dries out when I'm washing my arms and stuff. Liquid soap doesn't, hence the name.

I like liquid soap more because it gives me peace of mind that someone else didn't rub there skin or other parts on the same bar of soap. With liquid soap, you don't have that problem. I just put it on a washcloth to wash my body. For hair, I just squirt it into my hand, and rinse and repeat.

I don't really have a preference to one or the other, though I would prefer liquid for my house and bars for traveling. I find the most important part of soap is how it's applied. You need to actually cause friction with a wash cloth or a scrubby to get your skin clean, other guys find this feminine, but I'm cleaner than they are.

I don't mind either soap, but I believe I'm more efficient with the bar soap. Nothing bad about liquid, but the physical soap seems to get the job better. Targets the places better.
