I plan on making a Pokémon game, and I need some help. I know nothing of coding and how to make the battle system or anything like that Pokémon esque. I'll  be making the world, doing the scripts, adding in pokemon and items and stuff like that. I'll also take any requests into consideration from the people that help me. 

You'd be better off posting this in an RPG Maker Thread. But I can what you can do and how to do it if you can find another website to put this on (I don't go on Vizzed much anymore) I won't be actually doing anything except for helping you. The least I'll do is Beta Test and look for bugs and aid you by telling you what to do to fix some problems (I'm not that good at everything either) nothing else. I'm trying to find a re-spawn system myself...

You do realize it'd be easier to hack one of the Pokemon games and simply use the common editors to break open the game... right?

strife98 : So do you have any other accounts for forums like RPG Maker of Pokecommunity (Facebook I'll not do). That way you'll have a much better chance of contacting me, scripts I'm not so good with, I can find what you can edit to get what you want but I don't know how to change it, hopefully I start to learn.
legacyme3 : You might be able to do more starting from scratch, haven't tried it with Pokemon neither am I that skilled but some people can do a lot more with RMXP/VX than with a whole bunch of programs; Advance Trainer, [That Sprite thing], Advance Map, etc. So let strife have a go?

You should take leggys advice and hack the game instead. Building a pokemon game from scratch will take up tons of your time, but if you are willing to do it, then go for it.
