I don't mean to be a nubcake, but when I was playing Earthbound, I pressed F2 so I could create a save state, but the game just froze. Is it supposed to do that just because it's a save state? Was I just supposed to wait? Please help.

I appreciate the save states a lot. I do have a question, however.

In Mega Man Battle Chip Challenge, there are six characters, but only two save slots.

I would like to play all the characters without erasing data, but I don't see how. Any adivce? I rather not have multiple accounts (I think that's against the rules, anyways).
