I felt bad for the poor guy so I sent him 500 Viz
In rare cases that someone doesn't speak english, they obviously have no way to really post and no way to read the rules or how to gain Viz so in those cases, I'll just send them free Viz.

But it's kinda weird that they'd play these games since these games are in english anyway.
