As it currently stands, No, you can't go full screen while playing a game. I believe there are several of us hoping for such a feature later down the road though.

Every now and then it has been full screen for me, but on Internet Explorer if you press F11 then it goes full screen and this sometimes works.

Right now, the only system that goes to full screen is the SNES. You can do what eddy88 said, or you can simply press 'alt' and 'enter' to bring it to full screen.
