Nina is a Cocker Spaniel/Chihuahua mix, roughly ten months old, that I seem to have adopted. Or rather, she adopted me. Her owner's name is Cierra, and Cierra can't currently be around because of some issues in her life. (Cierra's 17 with a baby and an abusive illegal boyfriend who was deported back to Mexico when he was arrested by police for attacking Cierra and the baby in the household I live at. So DHR has Cierra and the baby. Anyhow...) Okay, so. I have no idea what to do with Nina and I don't have any money to take care of her. Photos:

Nina is also very likely pregnant herself. Nobody except me cared to protect her flower. (Which really pisses me off.) And since she insists on replacing Cierra with me, she follows me everywhere. So much so (since I don't go into the rest of the house often) that the other people in the household think I'm holding her captive. I'm not. When I go into the livingroom, she follows. (Along with my Shih-Tzu) When I leave to go back to my room, the ONLY name I call for is Boch, my dog. She sees me leaving and automatically comes with. So what am I to do? Force her to stay in the livingroom? I can't do that. She'll cry, bark, and throw a fit. Stay in the livingroom? Can't do that either because my boyfriend will throw a fit. So I've been making more frequent appearances for ten or so minutes at a time.
I've been walking her, too, since I'm the only one that seems to care if the animals go to the bathroom inside. So. I walk Boch and Nina together every day at least three times a day. (More if they ask.)
So, advice?
