patar4097 : Mine would have to be Super Mario Sunshine. Just like many other GCN games, it captured the tropical atmosphere perfectly. I feel like the Gamecube does this really well, and the level design is perfect, another great recurring theme in Mario titles. I'm a sucker for atmosphere in games...
