Normally you need to be either a powerlevel of at least 'Normal' user or have the Netplay/Laptop item in order to join netplay sessions and you need the Netplay/Laptop item in order to join sessions. I recently made it so that anyone can join and create Netplay sessions on the Game of Week and Game of Day games. Not all of the Game of Week/Day games will have multiplayer or support netplay but when they do, you might as well take advantage of it if you currently don't have access to netplay.

This is cool, but I have one problem.... I don't think newbies should be able to make netplay sessions. Mostly because it's not hard to get promoted to a member and (possibly) won't ask 20 questions. (Witch I don't mind but can get annoying sometimes)
