To get many master balls use this trick: After getting the master ball go to the last room of Team Steam;s base where the leaders were. There's a tree here on the bottom left. Stand above this tree leaving one tile between you and the tree push the action button to receive another master ball. Leave the room then enter again and you can get another. Repeat until you have as many as you want. This really works I've done it myself.

I just picked up 76 Masterballs for the game. To be honest, I have only caught about 3 of my pokemon outside of the Safari Zone, so I will definitely be using these to increase my Pokedex when the time comes.
