If we are including hacks, I would say Super Mario Frustration (Forever). I haven't played Ghouls and Ghosts, but that would be crazy if it was harder than that. If we aren't including hacks, then I would say Contra, but like I said, I haven't played that Ghosts game.

Nah, there are way harder. I don't remember some games, but yeah. If we include hacks, Super Mario 64 Kaizo, Super Mario frustration, Sonic 3 & Knuckles - Impossible mode. (I'm making it. Near the start you have to fly with tails, getting the smallest shred of ground to land on, spin dashing and jumping at the exact right time to break through the wall, where I kind of put it a new little thing... You'll have to see for yourself later.

I think the hardest game I've played was probably Mega Man 2 for the iPod Touch.  The touch controls made an already hard game unbearable, I could only beat one guy (I can't remember who it was). I think I might make another stab at it. It's so hard
