I have been told that I am a restless sleeper because I toss in turn so much. If you look at my sheets in the morning, they are half-way off of the bed every time I wake up in the morning.

I stayed at my friends house last week apparently I got up threw a shoe *which was at the foot of the chair I was sleeping in* at my friends in the middle of the night went back and fell asleep on the couch. So apparently I'm very violent in my sleep, which doesn't make sense cause I'm a pacifist.
