One of the weirdest I've had were these candies that look exactly like gemstones, you know, the kind you might find at a gift shop. They don't taste too bad, they have chocolate inside. I've also this Chinese dried peach ball in this shiny pink wrapper, and it was probably the worst thing that has ever been in my mouth.

The strangest candy I've ever had (and my favorite candy) is Hi-Chew.  They're like individually wrapped Starburst candies that are made with yogurt.  They last longer than Starburst though, and are much more flavorful.

You guys ever see the Japanese Kit Kats? They seriously did their thing and made every conceivable flavor for kit kat. I've personally had Green tea, orange and hazel flavor(more or less coffee). Truly they have an open mind for everything,  I like it and believe the western candy companies could learn a few things

I've seen several candies that look like bugs like cockroaches and such. I don't remember the names, but I didn't really feel like trying them. This doesn't count as candy, but I've heard of things like avocado ice cream which doesn't sound very appealing to me, and I don't mind avocado. The weirdest candy I actually ate was a lollipop from Mexico that a friend had brought over. The outside was covered in spices, while the inside was like a regular lollipop. It was weird, but surprisingly I managed to finish it.
