Is anyone else psyched for the 30th Anniversary? I grew up watching this movie and I even remember when they have the 20th Anniversary. I think they even did a cast reUNION thing at the time the 20th Anniversary approached.

What do you guys love about this movie? I love how the graphics were so realistic looking, especially for it's era. I love the story-line and the characters are amazingly written.

Oh I loved that movie when I was a kid. Now, not so much-it's a bit too sappy for me these days. But it was so real! The alien was believable, the flying scene was amazing....plus, it made me love Reeses Pieces. I still eat those today.

I'll probably have to get my hands on the combo pack. Maybe I can get one of those stuffed E.T dolls.
