Every time I am fighting the Axem Rangers after I "defeat" the five single guys and red jumps on to the axem ranger head thing as soon as he tries his breaker beam attack and his mouth opens the game freezes.  Red's eyes keep blinking and sometimes if I load state the breaker beam can be seen for a split second but it will not proceed past that part.  Please help!!

It will explain to switch the emulator to PAL. PAL stands for Phase Alternating Lines which is the color encoding system used in broadcast television systems in the European region. The PAL Super Nintendo and other PAL game systems run games at a faster rate than NTSC (the encoding system of US and Japan).

Switching to PAL emulation explains why it fixes the crash because the NTSC can't emulate it for whatever reason.
