So to the point of this thread. I posted a thread about having an annual gaming night and or day. So I wanted to know what ideas you all have that would help this become a regular fun and interactive Vizzed event for all of us members to enjoy. I don't have any ideas but I might at a later time. So just submit your ideas here so the staff can look it over and find whatever will work best for everyone so we all can participate. Have fun posting!

mr.pace : Thank you, it was Lazlo's idea to make a thread about it so I figured I would start it.

Crazy Li : You know like some of the ideas you had posted in the other thread, I figured we could post good ideas like that here. So basically whatever kind of ideas that would help make it to where everyone can participate and have a chance to join in on the gaming sessions. So like we can even call it a Gaming Day. And do it once a week to start. And different people can take turns hosting the event. We can eve have a thread that announces who hosts it every week. Ideas like that.

Well then we need some organization for it.

1. Find out who wants to volunteer to be hosts for the event. Anyone who wants to be a host needs either netplay ticket or laptop so they can actually create netplay sessions. They should also give a rough idea of their availability to host.

2. Once we have some hosts ready, we can decide on the day that works best to hold it and see how much coverage of the day we can get from our hosts.

3. We should decide what games or types of games will be played in these sessions. Should we have a new theme or game every week?

4. Should we have contests and or prizes for anything at all? If so, how often would contests be held and what can we offer winners (it doesn't have to be Viz, mind you... we could compete just purely for pride... or maybe have a fancy little graphic thingy made for the winner)?

I think that should get us started on brainstorming. Now let's hear some ideas on these matters.

If you can't be bothered to read the thread before posting, why would you read the answer to your question? And if you are reading responses, why couldn't you just read what was already said?
