This is a good question, I would have to say Spinosaurus, which for those of you who remember is also from Jurassic Park, it is the one where the plane crashes on the island and it battles with the T-rex and killed it, the one with the sail on it's back. I like this dinosaur because it is said to be the biggest carnivore, bigger than T-Rex, and it was an excellent hunter. Here is some background info on Spinosaurus:

I have a sudden interest in dinosaurs now from watching Jurassic Park 3D recently.  I'm going to have to go with either the Velociraptor or Spinosaurus.  The Velociraptor because they're quick and cunning plus they travel in packs.  I like the Spinosaurus because that used to be my favorite dinosaur when I was a little kid from JP3 I believe is what it was.
