Oh wow. I don't buy things from there either. When my Mom needed her laptop fixed, they wanted a two hundred dollar deposit, not counting the laboring costs. Later that day, my brother came home and fixed it on his own. And it wasn't even something that serious. We saved ourselves a lot of money. And their prices are a little pricey for my taste.

Yea, there are commission-based jobs. I find it kind of silly. It causes lower quality work in the favor of getting higher quantity work. It is a profit-based system to get products to sell better. High-end or not doesn't really matter but it tends to happen more with high-end stuff.

Singelli : I honestly think it's just to boost sales. If the employees' salaries are based primarily on how much they sell, they'll hafta try to sell more (and even oversell) in order to make a living. The corporations just want to make money. They don't really care about the customers.

I especially make sure I keep all my order numbers and everything handy just in case I have a problem. Far as what they told you, it can be very annoying but sometimes you may be dealing with an employee who may not be familiar with the company’s policy and such. It’s real annoying when that happens.
