Its called a post layout and you can get people to make it for you. You can ask mr.pace to make you one if you want he's cheaper than the rest according to him.

The editor allows you to link to a background picture if you have the URL, I believe. You can fiddle with your own design there if you're good with that stuff or see if you can get someone to make you a layout with whatever pic you want.
