My vote is going to the one that started them all. Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega was one of the games that made me even play Sega. I was a nintendo fanboy, who thought that nothing could be as good as mario. Found out that that's not true. I think I even remember the cheat for all levels, up, down, left, right, hold a, press start. That might have been for a later game, but I know it's for Sonic. LOL.

The best sonic game to me is Sonic Unleashed.

My brothe just loves sonic he loves all the games. My favorite sonic games is sonic unleashed, and sonic zero g.

for me, all of them are the best games about sonic... its fun when you play it, preety fast moves,the sonic's color and design, but i was wondering whats the title of the other version wich fetures more characters thal similar to sonic... what is that version again?

i agree with almost all of yall except with one the 3d one wasen't half bad.

For me it was Sonic Adventure 1&2.

Hmm that is strange, others dont seem to have a problem playing the Sonic games on vizzed.
Maybe check to see if your Java needs updating

The first one is the only one I actually like to play. So, yeah first one has my vote.

well it would have to be sonic 2 just because u can put on the cheat code which well turn u to super sonic well gold sonic but it fun cause its like u have those stars that u get that nothing can get you or kill u but u do loose ring which like if u got 100 u can go down to 0 in that one stage but the bad part of having that cheat code is that u can get stuck on those loops because u go so fast and than u get stuck but mostly that happened is because u have tails in there and that what makes u get stuck on those loops alow why i like the sonic 2 is because u can play against another player and to see who get there faster and also who has the most rings.

Sonic Adventure 2. I LOVE that game. The Biolizard/ FinalHazard is one of my favorite bosses ever, Shadow was awesome in this game, (although not nearly as awesome as he was in Shadow the Hedgehog) and it was just overall brilliance.

(braces for flaming) Sonic '06 would be my second favorite. Why everyone thought this game was so bad is anyone's guess. Sonic '06 was a REALLY cool game.

After that, Sonic CD, which is IMO the best 2D Sonic game. And after that, I have no idea.

I love all the Sonic Games but to me Sonic Adventure 2 was the greatest. bosses, the storyline, the epicness. it's just that awesome

Sonic Heroes is the best game out there right now it explains why sonic was crerated and everyteam stroy time line. It cool and decent .

I think that the original is the best because of the music and the fact that it prety much changed gaming. Also, it had one of the easiest final bosses EVER.

My favorite Sonic game was Sonic The Hedgehog. It was a game that featrues the arrival of Sonic The Werewolf. It is a game that you can become Sonic The Hedgehog or Werewolf depending on whether it is day or night. A good game, where you find unlocakbles, go through challenging courses, and find new moves. I like the lvl. up system and the missions, where the music sounds sloppy if you did a bad job, but the sound is incredible if you did an awesome job. It was a great game, filled with mysterious creatures to beat up and the lands or places are varied. There is new something to do, and it is just fun.

My 2nd favorite Sonic game was Sonic Adventures 2 in the GameCube. A game wherer you can play missions as the good team and the bad group. It has a variety of missions, including; racing throguh courses, finding the Chaos Emeralds in space or the UnderGround, and playing as huge robots to race. There is also a Chao Garden, where you can train your Chao to be bad or good. You can feed them pets and fruits. A good game to play with a friend, and a good 1 player game.

I just like good ol' sonic from his first debut.
