I read something about getting those Viz things... and it said something about referring. It said nothing on how to refer though, so how do you do it? Is it something for people on the site longer, or just I can't find it?

That's probably something that we should make easier to find. Like Jigsaw said, that link he just gave you is what someone would need to register and they'd automatically be referred by you.

You can also find the referral link at the top left of the index page, right below the welcome message.

And if someone registers and forgets to refer to you, you both let me know and I can make sure that you get credit for the referral. But please note that if you want the 1000 Viz for referring someone, that person must get at least 5 posts before you qualify for the 1000 Viz.
