I don't know anything about Pokémon secrets, but lavender town music has an annoying sound in the background...

There;s several secrets that I know of (mostly from Bulbapedia). 

You can glitch the Kelcelon Shop in PMD Red & Blue by saving on the carpet before selling.  Infinite selling allows for you to fill up your on hand cash, and ten runs to the bank later, it would be full.

By using the berry that reduces the HP stat (while raising friendliness) when you only have 1 HP or so left (there's conditions to this that I'm not listing) you'll get negative HP and glitch faint, and this may allow for eggs to battle, learn moves, and evolve.

The Japanese version of DP allows for you to surf back out of the door of the first Elite 4's room.

There's more that I know, but I'm not going to type it all now.  I may update or add a new post.  Troll face.

I know one, from the show, pansage's solar beam, the way he uses it and how it looks make it look like the kamehameha.

You're Dragonair to Gyaradose is not accurate. Now, before you flame me like you did to timothy (which I edited out after I made this post. Don't do that again), hear me out. You are just taking the fact that they are serpent shaped that they were originally supposed to be like that. But you aren't looking at the details.



Look at these 2 pictures. Many similarities. First, they both have those long mustache-like whiskers on their face. They both have those enlarged lip outlines. They both have the same dorsal fin (fin on the back). Only difference there is that Gyarados has more. They have the same looking pectoral fins (fins on their sides).  Last, the tail fins are almost identical (the fact that Gyarados has a tail fin shows he is a water type. Dratini and Dragonair don't even have tail fins). 

The only thing Dratini and Dragonair have in common is the shape, but only kind of. Gyarados is segmented, and Dratini/Dragonair are both non segmented body types. 

Magikarp has many more common features with Gyarados. Gyarados was never supposed to be the evolved form of Dragonair. Don't believe all the things you read on the 'net'.

I hear there is a Creepy pasta called Lavender Town's Syndrome. You hear a high pitched noise in the background, so I would suggest putting on no-sound headphones so you don't have to hear the Lavender Town music when you go into it.

   And actually, the Magikarp thing has another part to it. Along with the similarities, there was some legend about a carp leaping over a dragon gate, and would become a dragon doing it. At least, something like that. And thus, also giving it the move splash.

patar4097 : It did in the first few batches of the Japanese games... and they did make Japanese versions without the high-frequency before you say they didn't, The High-Frequency was completely toned down for the international release.

And considering if it did cause people to vomit or give them headaches... considering that everything Pokemon does bad gets major attention I don't see why this would be ignored. For example, Jinx and Kadabra cause huge controversy. Not to mention if it did give headaches to a degree of such proportions. Such would be made an example of similar to how the electric soldier porygon was.

A pokémon Ruby/Saphire and Emerald glitch. After beating the Elite 4 u can go to the battle frontier there go to the box and deposit 1 or more pokémon. Then save your game talk to the lady who lets you save your game before challenging the battle factory ( or battle tower). Just on the saving screen reset your console ( or just f5 the online game) then start the game all your pokémon who you deposited are in your team and in the box! This is the "Pokémon Clone Glitch"

Did you know that the red gyarados in the Lake of Rage isn't shiny? It just failed to change color while evolving from magikarp.

The Beta for Pokémon Red/Blue from what I hear there was a zombie type thing called Buried Alive at the top of Lavander Towns Tower. I'm not positive on this and it may just be a theory but if you happen to find out and confirm it please let me know! Also if you lost the battle against him, he would say. Fresh Meat! And your game would start at your previous save. So what I think if this is true they took this out worrying kids would be afraid of something like this. Sorry this isn't a cold hard fact but it could or couldn't be.

1.that is actually a new one and I didn't know and I find quite interesting and may look into it.
2.I heard that one before I was actually quite fascinated the first time I have heard of that rumor.
3.I have heard if this one as well and it has surprised me and is very reasonable and may be true as well.

While this is Pokemon myth,it is quite interesting. I never even heard of the Gyarados theory though the Red, Blue and Leaf Green pokedex entry for Magikarp says its descendants were somewhat stronger than what we know as Magikarp today.
 

Something about lavender town again in the japanese version you can get confused of the music and some kids (actully the most i read here) killed thereselfes if u dont believe me u cang look (well my page is in dutch so just look it up) is this true ?
