I'm going to go with the minority pick here, which is Drake and Josh.  I've seen every episode, because it's on Teen Nick pretty often, and that's pretty much the default channel at my house, for some weird reason...  It was just so random, and hilarious!  My parents didn't like either of them, they thought Spongebob and Drake and Josh, were both bad to a children mind...  Drake and Josh was so stupid and funny though, that I loved it!  Plus, there are probably better lessons learned in Drake and Josh, than in Spongebob.  
Once I got my dad to laugh at a Spongebob phrase...  When Patrick goes to the door to sell chocolate, and instead of greeting the costumer, he says "I love you" xD That's probably my favorite Spongebob moment!

Definitely Drake and Josh. I loved that show. I watched every episode since the first, and all throughout its three seasons, and its three movies. It was such a funny show back in the day. Haha. I don't watch it anymore, though. As for Spongebob? I don't mind it... I actually don't even watch TV very much anymore. Haha. Oh well.

To me, the old Spongebob is better than Drake and Josh but Drake and Josh in GENERAL is better (and by better I mean much better) than the new Spongebob episodes...yeah, no doubt about it.
