Hi sorry if this has already been asked but
I recently tried to open the plugin data folder but I did not realize that the Internet was off
I got this error

the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.

click ok to try again. Or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package
'VizzedRgrPlugin-v1.91[1].msi' in the box below.

so I tried again with the Internet on but it did the same thing
and now it always does that
also I never had to log in but since then I always have to log in
I have tried everything but I cant get it back what should I do

ps I don't know if this matters or not but the actual site works perfectly

When you click the download link, it downloads an MSI file. Opening that file starts the installation process.

A few questions for clarity.

Have you downloaded the plugin? I think you have since you said you have an MSI file.

Did you successfully run the MSI file and install the RGR Plugin?

Usually that error happens when the Plugin installer isn't in your Downloads folder.

Try uninstalling the Plugin, re-download it with path set to download to your Downloads folder, then try the Open Plugin Data Folder. No internet connection should be required as far as I know since it's installing the Data Folder shortcut from the MSI file.

If that does the trick, you'll have make sure not to delete the MSI file.

I have not checked this post because my computer crashed right after that
I had to reinstall windows and had to redownload the plugin anyway
so I guess the problem is fixed now

I actually have this issue too. Is there an alternate path to take me directly to the location of the information? I know that the information IS on the computer because I ended up on it accidentally today when I went to record a video using the Beta plugin.
