I know that the Viz are used for buying a play at one of the games. Then there are the wepons and armor you can but. Not sure why ya need to find them, but they do look nice. As far as earning them i know it is always best just to reply to/submit new links.

You could have a feature to auction them off (like user bidding), just something I thought of but I have no idea how hard that would be to create.
