I'm not sure there is a story arc in this manga but I would recommend Arachnid...I'm not the best at explaining things in detail but it was pretty awesome. |

I don't know about specific story arcs, but I highly recommend the Batman series, Detective Comics, and The Justice League. If you can afford to spend some extra cash, I recommend picking up the DC Archives. |

I don't really like reading comics but you can read Pokemon Adventure , it very fun to read and you can even read it here ( mean online ) .. You can search it on google .. I don't wanna show the url because i think you can only post site url's on the web splurge forum .. Just put this phrase on google " free pokemon adventures comics online " , then i think you can find it easily .. |

If you've seen the cartoon series "Teen Titans"- I recommend reading the 80's comic series "The New Teen Titans". "Terra Incognito" and the "Judas Contract" Arc were pretty good. Then you might think Terra may not be as innocent as the cartoon portrayed her Spoiler: she slept with Deathstroke a.k.a SLADE *gasp* Spoiler: she slept with Deathstroke a.k.a SLADE *gasp* |

The Walking Dead Y: The Last Man If you want a web comic try "Prequel", it's Elder Scrolls related Invincible Any of the Marvel "Noir" series Watchmen, of course Batman: Year One Heroes Runaways Ultimate Spider-Man if you want to get into Spider-Man without having to read all 700ish issues to get caught up Gotham Central X-Men: Magneto Testament Wanted My interests tend towards the "super" variety, look around your local library, there's sure to be something you'll be interested in. If you can get a hold of them I may have a few suggestions for you. Wolverine: Old Man Logan. This is probably one of the best Wolverine comics Marvel has put out in a long time. It's more than just the usual hack and slash they have now days. There's story, depth, and even actual emotion. Shocking to say the least ha. Anything X-force is pretty good, whether you are reading from the start or just picking up, it's usually pretty easy to follow and promises an extraordinary read, and the new ones of X-23 and Logan so, that's a plus. The Avengers comics, as long as you don't dabble in Avengers vs. X-men. Though you may like it, if you have read a lot of Marvel, Avengers vs. X-men will just have you going "What?! Are you kidding me?" However, usually the Avengers comics promise and deliver. If you can find them? I highly recommend the Vision and Scarlet Witch comics. They are a bit older, but completely worth the look, believe me I have the entirety of that series ha. There's many more for Marvel, but you may not be a Marvel guy so, on to DC! Nightwing comics are always good, they show the man Robin grew to be, the man tired of standing in the shadow of the Bat. He also tends to be a bit rougher while keeping a smile. Superboy comics preferably from the 90's but the new ones are looking pretty good so far as well. Green Lantern Corps. comics provide multitudes of entertainment, and unlike the horrible movie they made with the money hog Ryan Reynolds, these comics are packed to keep you on the edge of your seat until the next issue. The next suggestion may surprise you, but bare with me, there's a reason behind it.... Aquaman, in the cartoons and most common media, he's portrayed pretty wimpy, and not to mention he has a habit of seeming useless. I think the Justice League cartoon was the only one to get even close to the truth, that being that Aquaman is actually pretty bad ass. Let's put it simply, in one issue, Aquaman messed up a guys brain, physically, how? The fact every being on the land started out in the water, meaning far back in time we were all sea creatures. Aquaman took a part of the human mind that's still some what similar to when we were water dwellers, and just butchered his brain with his aquatic telepathy. That's just one of the more mild feats of being a bad mammer jammer. Having great whites attack his enemies and eating them alive? You better believe it. Fighting the Kraken? Oh yeah. Last but not least, and these may be harder to find depending if you go to an actual comic shop or not, but if you can I highly recommend Zatanna. She's a magician that's got ties to pretty much everyone in DC, and her comics always have diversity, the fact she dresses pretty skimpy helps. The comics I've suggested aren't for everyone, but those who give them the chance, nine times out of ten adore them. Hope I helped, and if you would like more suggestions just let me know. I love comics so, I have a large variety of a collection. Wolverine: Old Man Logan. This is probably one of the best Wolverine comics Marvel has put out in a long time. BatMan. "The Dark Knight Returns".
Frank Millers tales are Brilliant. (Bonus: BatMan Vs Superman. Front Row Seats.) "Sin City". Do I have to put any words on why this is a good Comic Book? X-Men. "The Age Of Apokolypse". Honestly? It is one of the best Stories I have read with Some of the best Art. DeadPool. "The Mithras Project." Any DeadPool Story is good. Marvel U.K. "Mys-Tech Wars." Classic 1990's Tales. Marvel U.K. "Deaths Head 2". Before there was DeadPool? There Was "Deaths Head." A MegaMan Style Mercinary/Bounty Hunter. ...Only Cooler Due To Humor And The "Heavy Metal" Looks. Plus his Side-Kick is the first "Cool Side-Kick" ever. (Note: Might Make A Great Video Game.) "Danger Girl". Any of these Stories should Rock. "Powers". Like C.S.I. and the X-Files. Only it takes place in a world from Disneys The Incredibles. Only ..."Powers" came before The Disney Show. Wolverine. "Weapon X". Art by Barry Windsor Smith. (I think. It's been years.) Incredible Tale. Wolverine again. Any tale that takes place in Japan. Specifically "Madiripoor Island", And "The Princess Bar". Why??? Kinda like Sam Spade, Indy Jones, and James Bond tales all wrapped up in one place. "Battle Chasers". The Prequel to the hit Video Game "Darksiders". X-Men. "Fatal Attractions". Good Reading. Wolverine. After Fatal Attractions. Wolverine without the Healing Powers Rocks. "Dark Minds". Kinda like Ghost in the shell. Only more American. "Cyber Force". Great Art. And Characters You might care about. (Kinda like "Call Of Duty" Meets the "X-Men". With Over the top Powers and Cyber enhancements.) Wolverine again. "Enemy of the State". A Good Tale. "Elektra". Any Story. That Girl Just Rocks. "Aliens Vs Predator." Or any "Predator" Tale. In one of the Predator tales the BatMan takes a beating. These Stories are just cool. "Punisher". Any Story. The Dude Rocks. Marvel Comics "THE NAM". I do not have any words on the thing. It just is a tale that needs to be read. Theres a few to get any a solid headache if they ever had a test on them afterward. Good Luck To All. Peace. Frank Millers tales are Brilliant. (Bonus: BatMan Vs Superman. Front Row Seats.)
