-Dragonite is extremely rare, and unobtainable in the wild anyway.
-Shinies are almost impossible to capture.
- Rayquaza has a catch rate of 0.4%. That's pretty low.

I would catch zangoose because he has a much higher catch rate, he has a very versatile move set, and only has one weakness, on top of decently high stats.
