Help with saving (noob question i know)

I'm playing the newest released beta of GrayAsh, awesome game, and I have a question about saving it.  I know to click f2 to save it and f4 to load it up, but if I were to close the window would my progress and stats restart or could I re-open the game anytime again to continue playing it by click f4?  Basically is the saved data in a temp. Folder on my computer allowing me to continue from where I left off if I were to save and close the browser? Hope that makes sense.

Since I know the answer I'll answer it. Usually questions for the retro game room go to the retro game room forum.

So if you have pressed f2 you can close the game, start it back up and press f4 to load it from where you last pressed f2. You can only make one save at a time if you press f2 again it will override the last save you made for that game.

dalek_cyber : Closing the window does not affect your save state. Save states are stored directly on your PC. So keep in mind if you want to continue your game from another computer you have to take your save file with you and put it in the vizzed directory on that PC.
