Only shiny I've ever found on my own was a Bronzong in Pokémon Pearl in that place where you find Giratina (forgot the name), though I have received a shiny Onix in a trade before on the same game.

As far as I can remember, the only one I ever caught was a sandshrew in the Route 111 Desert in Pokemon Emerald.  There might be one other from Generation IV, but I can't remember any specific species, so for now I must assume that sandshrew (now a sandslash, whose spines' color is awesome) was the only one.

I've caught a shiny Mienfoo and a shiny Basculin (blue striped form) on Black. On Soul Silver I got (in addition to the default Gyrados) a shiny Graveler. On some game here on Vizzed (one of the many hacks I've gotten, possibly Ruby Reign of Legends), I got a shiny Geodude. From the two experiences I had with the Golem family I almost live in fear of finding another shiny in that family. Also, on Diamond, I used my old AR (which now has mysteriously broken) to make everything look shiny, but only with the code, and without it all was boring and normal colored.

I have only ever caught 24 shiny Pokémon I cant remember them all but I do remember a few.
Ho-Oh, Meowth, Wurmple, Garydos (wild), Pikachu (very VERY hard to find and my most prized Pokémon), and Lugia (when I went fight and capture Lugia he was just shiny. Don't know how it happened though I was really surprised and happy)

I got 5 shines in my Pokémon volt white (a hack of Pokémon white).
they were 2 shiny starly I caught one with a great ball and the other one with a premier ball and a shiny woobat a shiny rogenrola
and a shiny regirock!
and I got 1 shiny in Pokémon blaze black (a hack of Pokémon black) and it was a shiny snivy (not as my starter as a wild Pokémon).

The day White 2 came out I bought it, I went to Floccesy Ranch (did I spell it right?) and the first Pokémon I found was a shiny Lillipup! It was female and I didn't like that. I wish I would've found shiny Riolu (like I said in my previous post). My little sister found shiny Solosis on White. I'm going to trade my shiny Lillipup for her shiny Solosis (we both want the others Pokémon).
