Yeah, pretty much anything can be animated, but it depends on the complexity of the image also. Things such as facial features are easy to animate, while things like walking are a bit more complicated. With facial features, you can distort and create individual frames fairly easily, but with movement of limbs and such, you need several separate frames of the image as if it were in motion. If you have that, then from there it can be animated fairly easily. Not that motion cannot be done, it just takes a lot of time and effort depending on the complexity of said motion.

For instance, Justin only took me about 10 minutes, and Pikachu only around 20.

Anyway, show me what you got and I'll tell you what I can do with it.

I'm not sure if that is the kind of thing you are looking for, and if not I can do something else with it. To add a link to the 'enter' upon click, you would have to use javascripting to make a button out of it. After that, you would have to merge the button to the image, and make it clickable through either javascripting or html. I believe it is also possible to make only a certain sector of the image clickable, thus avoiding the latter. Unfortunately, my javascripting skills aren't that advanced.
