In my opinion, Slender does everything right when it comes to being a horror game. The music is near perfect as the intensity escalates with every page found. You have a feeling of hopelessness since there is no escape from the Slenderman. You also so happen to be lost in a dark and eerie forest, which gives you the alone feeling. The game does a very good job at playing with our emotions, and that's why it's one of the scariest around.

Slender is a fantastic horror game. It has everything for a good horror game such as...
-Good scenery. I like the night setting, makes the game much more scary instead of daytime.
I also like how the trees are added. You never know where he could appear.
-Character. Slenderman is a great horror character. No face and a black suit is quite scary to see something at night time.

It actually is scary to me, in the fact that you will turn around and BAM!, there's Slenderman. You never know where he is going to be, he can pop up anywhere. The part I really hate is when you go in the bathrooms. He always gets me at that part. LOL.
