My favorite windows is XP! I can play almost all my games on it; old or new! The only problem I have with it is, it goes a lot slower than Windows 7! But Windows 7 can't play old games....

I'm not sure... I would say Windows 7... It's easy to use, and I'm used to it.

ExciteBikeFan14: I never used Windows 98... I need to try it!

pokemonfangirl: I did a speed test with Windows 7 and XP! Windows 7 is two times faster than XP!

Eddy88: I used too Windows XP. I'm kinda used too it now. I felt like a noob when I first got Windows 7; but my parents were worst!

pokemon x: I don't understand why they don't upgrade to Windows 7.

Windows 7 is the fastest and most practical in my opinion. My old laptop had Vista installed, and I wasn't much of a fan. And I can only remember XP based on using the computers at my old school... Most people I've talked with seem to prefer the older XP over Vista, which makes it a huge failure seeing as how it should have progressed.

You may call it old fashioned and boring, and some may say I'm just playing it safe to keep people from arguing with me, but I have to say I'm really quite partial to double-hung windows. I like bay windows, sure, they're fantastic, but there's just something so practical about double-hung windows. They let in a very nice amount of light, but are easily shaded with blinds, or, if you want it really dark and are on a budget, you can just put a thick blanket over the windows. Also, in contrast to larger window types, like picturesque or bay windows, double-hung windows offer better energy savings, because they let less heat transfer through the glass, simply by the fact that there isn't as much glass there. I'm also sort of partial to those crank style windows that open up at an angle, you know the ones like they have on old houses in the south. They're nice because it's very difficult for the screen to fall out on the outside, even if they're open, and it's also not very easy to get through them without breaking them, alerting the person inside of an intruder. And you can have the window open whilst it's raining outside without getting water indoors.

Oh, oh, you meant what VERSION of Windows do I like? I guess that explains why you posted this in the computers thread, but not why you ignored this thread which even makes the same error you did in the title. So anyway, I'm closing this thread.
