during my peak posting I would probably get over 100 a day. Would depend on how much I was online and how much posting I did but I wouldn't be surprised if it was more than that.

On a regular day I'd have at least 10-15 Notifications. The main reason is that I have a few good threads and a lot of favorited threads. PM wise I don't really get alot personally. Maybe a few in the Local inbox, but that's it.
