In the emulator
I click at NetPlay
But the only thing that appears is ''Internet''

I believe you have to be a trusted member and above to play net play. This is because it's still under testing and we can't afford to crash the server with loads of net play sessions.

Sadly at this moment in time netplay sessions can only be created people have a trusted or higher rank status. You would be able to join games that already exist i believe but you would not be able to make one. This is mainly a precaution whilst the netplay is in it's testing period. So you may be able to create a netplay session in the future.
