Well we're down to 9 staff members which means, it's time to hire a new member to the staff.

I'm basically looking for someone to take charge of any 3 of these forums:
Video Games, Final Fantasy, Crazy House, Stories and Simulation, Web Splurge, TV/Entertainment/Sports.

Here are 3 required ways that would make you qualified:
1. You have a knowledge or have a way to contribute to the forums you are modding. And you will of course monitor the forums you are staff of and take appropriate actions when necessary
2. You will plan to make at least 50 posts a month
3. You will check into the staff forum at least once a week

Experience and familiarity with this board is a plus.

So apply in this thread by saying which 3 forums you'd like to mod and reasons why you'd be good at modding them.

My application for the 'job' :

1.) I'm pretty sure I know what each and every one of the forums represent.
2.) I've been sick lately, But I should be back on Asap.
Another thing is, I've posted 75 times in a day once... I should be able to get 50 in a month. XD
3.) I'll probably be reading daily.

I've been here for a year now, and I'm already a mod of the GYR board XD (Though, DM loves to do my job before me...)


I'd like to mod:

- Crazy House
- Web Splurge
- Video Games

Reasons:
- CAUSE I'M CRAZY, AND THAT IS MAH HOUSE.
- I know a lot aboot the internet, and I know the difference between what should go in the underground vs being public.
- I play a lot of video games, and have many sources on the subject.

Also, I'd like to do this, since I wasn't able to make videos for the other staff position.

My application:

1) I post in the forums daily and I've been here long enough o know what each mean.
2) Done and dusted I post at least 1-25 posts a days.
3) No problem.

I'd like to mod the same forums as Benny actually,
Crazy House
Web Splurge
Video Games

I post a lot in most of them.
It's where I'm at most of the times.
I know pretty well what goes where and what belongs where.

You know, this is going to be a longshot, and really it's going to have as much of a chance as a snowball in Hell, but whatever... here hoes.

1. In the short time I've been here, I've identified the boards that I will likely be visiting the most; and they just so happen to be the three that I will be applying for.

2. From my posting history at other places I've become a regular at... yeah, for sure no problem on that. For sure.

3. Once a week? As much as you need... that's not going to be a problem.

The forums themselves are Video Games, Final Fantasy and the TV/Entertainment/Sports combo.

As to why I would make a good mod... I've done it before for various other forums and it's worked out. Another thing... is that I simply always seem to have the time to do something like this, so why not use it to improve something? It takes something to have a forum going that doesn't turn into a big mess...

But right, it's not like this is a job application. I'm not going to spurt out that I know a lot about video games, FF or TV/Entertainment/Sports because it's obvious that those are the areas I'm going in for, the more important thing is that I know what's right and wrong.

I would also like to apply.

1) I have not had much time here, however the three options that I am applying for I have moderated in many other forums.

2) I have 50 posts within the first 2 weeks of being here.

3) No problem. I usually lurk around daily everywhere, so.. yeah.

Video Games,
Final Fantasy,
Stories and Simulation.

I have played video games forever, I know a LOT about them and what I don't know I am more than happy to learn. I have played all but 2 of the Final Fantasy series. I write stories, examples are in there already, I also have very good grammar and spelling, so I can proof people's stories should they ask.

I most apply for the crazy house. I make a lot of my posts there and almost own the place (note how half the time the last 5-10 posts made there are mine )

After that, I'd say TV/Entertainment/Sports (all of which I have significant knowledge in) and lastly video games (I know a decent amount about them, but I know others are more knowledgeable)

I would like to apply for the following TV/Entertainment/Sports,Video Games, and Web Splurge.
The reason I would be good at TV/Entertainment/Sports I have a good general knowledge of lot of T.V. shows and movies.
The Reason I would be good at Video Games is becasue I know alot about video games and I mean alot.

Finally the reason I would be good at Web Splurge is I reguraly wander the internet and come across good deals on stuff ,funny videos and ect.

Post count wont be a problem for me and neither will be checking the staff forum once a week because I am on here multiple times a week and I have a pretty good knowledge of the three that I picked. But I havent been here very long though but I believe that I can get the job done.

1) I've been a member here for four years.
2) I will do 200 posts a month.
3) I'll check in the forum every single day.

I would like to moderate:

-Crazy House
-Stories & Simulation
-TV/Entertainment/Sports
I hope to hear a response soon. I don't know if it's too late to submit, but those are the boards I want to moderate.

I will mention though that as I was made Mod of Video Games there is a posibility that that aplications for that board will no longer be considered.

1.)I go to all the threads I'd like to mod and post there
2.)I make far more than 50 posts per month

I post about 20+ times a day
I'm on Vizzed everyday
There's no way I'll stop coming here
I'm familar with the board and users
I'm nice to users
I make sure people follow the rules

I'd like to mod:
Crazy House, because I go there often and post there frequently as well

Web Splurge, because I also go there often and know a lot about computers and the internet

Stories & Simulation, because I have one crazy imagination that dies for it to go wild, and I love to look at the fanfics and such that people post.

Well we've hired 1 member to the staff so far but we plan to hire another in the near future. I'll keep this open anyway so that we've got a good collection of applications for when we hire the next user.

Scratch that; I can't do this. I've taken on way too much already somewhere else.

There have been a couple people so far: DH is mod of the video games forum and 2noodleman took over geo's forums when geo was made a full mod

I would like to apply to the crazy house because I love to be crazy and it's fun in there and I post in there a lot but not to much.

I would like to apply for Final Fantasy because I have played basically every final fantasy game and I love it, and I know a lot about it.

And finally I would like to apply for Stories and simulations because I have made quite a few stories myself and love to read them.

I also post at least usually 30+ times a day I havn't been here that long but I love this board and know it pretty good.
