To whom it may concern; Nintendo is remaking the exact same game on the 3ds. I'm not completely positive of it, but I think we may end up in a court case soon if we don't. I've seen the new game advertised and I love this site and I don't want us to get into any legal trouble over it. Again I may be wrong about it, but I'm giving a heads up just in case.

It won't have to be taken down. The 3DS version has quite a few extra things not included in the original. Besides, it isn't cutting into it's profits. Pretty much the only reason anyone would get the 3DS version is to play the game in 3D. We can't offer that, so it isn't really the same thing. Its not like David had to go through and take down all the retro games available for download on the wii channel.
