when i click the plugin file that I downloaded (.msi), it doesnt know how to open it

To get help with the plug in I will send this to the Retro Game Room forum. They deal with all problems relating to the Retro Game Room and it's plug in.

I'm not 100% sure but I don't think it works with mac. So that's why I'm sending this to the RGR Forum.

There are programs that will allow Windows to run on a Mac, for example Parallels, Boot Camp, Wine, etc. that should allow you to install the Plugin.

I have no tutorial though since I've never used a Mac.
