If anyone has a good idea for food or food sides I would love to hear it.

I would create like a mixture of peppers and pineapples or something.. I wonder how that would taste like....

But if anyone has any creations then just reply here and people would love to see it as do I.

Well my neighbor makes a pretty good side dish, it is watermelon with jalapeno peppers in it. Sounds gross, but the peppers give it a pretty unique taste, almost as if it is sweet an spicy at the same time. Here is the website where you can find the instructions on how to make it: http://www.yummly.com/recipe/Zesty-Watermelon-Salad-Food_com-118216

Well, it isn't as much as an invention as it is a unique recipe.
God I love being hapa. Anyways, my mom's dumplings are the bomb.
You have never tried Chinese food unless you've had my mom's dumplings.

Better. It never compares to restaurant quality. Oh, my mom also makes killer rice, noodles, and before she had children, she apparently could make anything from orange chicken to beef and broccoli.

She also makes chow mein.

its definitely not a side dish. But I invented the nutellatart sandwich. Toast 2 strawberry poptarts and then spread a thin layer of nutella between them. Keep the frosting side out. The nutella layer has to be thin or it completely over powers the poptarts.

Local Mods : Isn't this supposed to be in Food and Drink?

Another good thing is when you make a chicken patty  you put some French fries in with it. It tastes amazing. With some ketchup of course.

Well I'm not a big fan of ketchup but sure I'll try it. Is there a specific brand that make it taste better or just use whatever you got?

If I remember, haggis was essentially the internal organs of sheep stewed in the stomach. They say it's better than it sounds, but I haven't had the pleasure.

Cause I live in AMERICA!

TheNameWithNoNumbers : yes and no.
Haggis is sheep heart, lung and liver, minced with onion, salt, herbs, wheat and turnip, and traditionally encased and cooked in its stomach, however a lot just use sausage casing instead of the stomach.
My god its amasing.
But acording to the usa sheep lung is inedable/ unfit for human consumption.
We been eating it before the usa existed, but obvious 'we' are wrong
So in the us they dnt have sheep lung in it, hence, its not real haggis.
Oh well, more for me.
